How to Configure Shipping Policy in Magento 2

Store owners should clarify the shipping policy for customer during checkout. The shipping policy of each store will be different with each other, so to verify that customer know exactly your shipping policy is necessary for store owners.

Magento 2 supports you to configure the shipping policy to be shown or not and you can edit easily your shipping policy by completing Shipping Policy Parameters in the configuration.

On the Admin panel, click Stores. In the Settings section, select Configuration.
Select Shipping Settings under Sales in the panel on the left
Open the Shipping Policy Parameters section, and continue with following:
- In the Apply Custom Shipping Policy field, select Yes to enable apply
- In the Shipping Policy field, enter your shipping policy into the text box.
When complete, click Save Config.
