How to Rediect to Customer Dashboard after Login in Magento 2

That is easy to configure the Redirect to customer dashboard after login in Magento 2 feature in backend. With Magento 2 you can enable or disable redirecting customers to customer dashboard after they log in. If you want to let customers stay on a current page or continue shopping, you should consider that feature because redirect feature is enabled by default.

To configure redirect customer after Login in Magento 2

• On the Admin panel, click Stores. In the Settings section, select Configuration.
• Select Customer Configuration under Customers in the panel on the left
• Open the Login Options section, and continue with following:

• In the Set Redirect Customer to Account Dashboard after Logging in field, select one of the following:

  • Select Yes: allow showing the customer account dashboard when customers log in to their accounts.
  • Select No : no redirect to customer account dashboard when customers log in to their accounts.

• When complete, click Save Config.
