php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy tl_PH
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:clean
php bin/magento cache:flush

You may get this message:

Install Magento 2 extensions from Marketplace

=> Go to Access Keys page and Create A New Access Key.

Update Tagalog pack:

composer update mageplaza/magento-2-tagalog-language-pack:dev-master
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy tl_PH
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:clean
php bin/magento cache:flush

Method #2. Install via command line

Install the Tagalog language pack via command line.

Download the language file to your installation root directory. Now run the following command:

wget https://github.com/mageplaza/magento-2-tagalog-language-pack/raw/master/tl_PH.csv
php bin/magento i18n:pack -m replace tl_PH.csv tl_PH
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy tl_PH
php bin/magento cache:flush

As a result, a directory language pack will be created, which contains the proper structure of language files for your installation. Copy it over to your Magento installation and the translation should be visible.

Note: additional directory i18n contains strings for which the module could not be found in your installation. This file can be skipped.
