How to enable Call For Price notifications and replies via email and SMS?

During the process of hiding price, admins can face different challenges such as they cannot check the call for price requests timely, or customers may leave due to waiting too long for replies. Setting email notifications and replies via email and SMS will solve these problems right away. Scroll down to see how:

Via Email

Admin Email Notification

  • Enable: Choose Yes to notify admins via email after customers’ requests are sent.
  • Sender Email: Choose the sender of the email notification
  • Email Template:
    • An email will be automatically sent to admins after a call-for-price request is made.
    • Admins can design a new Email Template by following Marketing > Email Template.
    • You can also view how to create a new Email Template here
  • Send to:
    • Add the emails that receive the notification
    • Many emails can be added and separated by commas, to get the notification simultaneously

Reply Email To Customer Request

  • Enable: Select Yes to reply to shoppers’ requests via email.
  • Email Template To Respond To Customer Requests:
    • Use the ready-made email templates.
    • Admins can design a new Email Template in the Marketing > Email Template section.
    • You can also view how to create a new Email Template here
  • Time Email Reply To Customer(Minutes):
    • The time to reply to customers via email can be set in minutes.
    • If empty or zero, the reply will be sent right away, after the customer makes the request.
