Just one more month till the end of the year, how fast time flies!

One year is going to pass and we are still here trying our best to improve our current extensions and innovate new solutions. In the upcoming months, more compatibilities with the Magento 2.4.5 and PHP 8.1 will be made available to support your store operations.

Based on our research and customer requests, we have come up with these exciting new features. However, we are still open to requests, so feel free to let us know what you think should be in the next update.

1. Extra Fee

What is the Extra Fee extension for?

Besides the price of the product, customers need to pay other fees as well to receive the item, for example, shipping fee, payment surcharge or tax. Extra Fee by Mageplaza enables online stores to display these charges during the purchase process.

Not only does the module support automatically applied fees, but it also allows customers to manually select additional services and pay extra fees accordingly. Therefore, online merchants can increase their revenues with add-on services such as gift wrapping and quick deliveries.

2. Automatic Related Products

What is the Automatic Related Products extension for?

Upselling and cross-selling can be easier than ever by using Automatic Related Products blocks, where you can flexibly set rules for the related items as well as the block title. The positions of the products will also be determined by sorting with 5 ready options. Moreover, all statistics will be displayed in a detailed report, and an A/B testing will be provided for better analysis.

Thanks to the module, online stores are equipped with a powerful product recommendation tool that converts more.

Upcoming New Features:

• Compatible with AJAX Cart and Quick View: After customers add products in the Auto Related Products block, they will stay on the current page or in the Quick view popup, without being redirected to the My wish list page

3. Free Gifts

What is the Free Gifts extension for?

Want to surprise shoppers and improve their experience?

Free Gifts extension is the solution you are looking for. Gifts are assigned based on rules of product attributes or cart attributes, with a 3-way price settings: free, discount by percent or any fixed price. Admins are able to configure gifts to be automatically added along with the products, or manually chosen by customers in a gift list.

All of these functionalities will support your marketing strategies and build a closer relationship with your customers.

• Configuration: Only show the free gift popup when there is no free gift selected on the checkout page.
• Hide options of configurable products with free gift
• Add link to product on the Free Gift popup

4. Gift Card

What is the Gift Card extension for?

Gift card - a new method of gifting - meaning people give gift vouchers instead of a particular gift, and receivers can use vouchers to buy their desired products. It is a breakthrough solution to reduce gift waste and remove gift-giving stress.

Magento 2 Gift Card allows admins to create gift card templates easily via drag and drop technique, and enables buyers to personalize the gift card with messages and personal info. The gift card delivery and usage are also convenient as gift vouchers can be used online or offline.

5. PDF Invoice

What is the PDF Invoice extension for?

A must-have tool for any online businesses to become more professional and build better brand image is Mageplaza Magento 2 PDF Invoice extension.

Ready-made templates are provided with rich information and custom design (stype, color, variable, QR code, barcode, and more). Admins can generate important billing documents and send them to customers via email or allow printing and downloading.
