You purchase this support package for a needed extension.
Step 2: Send inquiry to Mageplaza
After purchasing Support Service, please submit your ticket here and provide the following information in the submit form (The information may help us solve the ticket more quickly):
- Magento temporary login details (including Back-end URL)
- Temporary SSH/ SFTP log in details (should be able to read/write pub/ var/ folders)
- Order ID
